How do I create an account?
Open FunLoot, enter your Saudi mobile number, and you'll receive a one-time verification code by SMS. Enter the code to complete sign-in. No password needed.
I didn't receive my verification code.
SMS delivery in Saudi Arabia usually takes under 30 seconds. If the code doesn't arrive, check your signal, wait a minute, then tap Resend. If it still doesn't arrive, email us with your mobile number and we'll investigate.
Are the collectibles on FunLoot authentic?
Yes. All items in our initial catalog are pulled from sealed product that FunLoot acquired directly from authorized distributors and opened in-house. We keep invoices and box-break records for every item we list.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery if the item condition does not match the listing. The item must be returned in the original sleeve and toploader with the tamper-evident seal unbroken. Contact support to initiate a return.
How do I track my order?
Open the app, go to Orders, and tap any order to see its status and tracking number once it has shipped.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Saudi cards (mada, Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay. All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; FunLoot does not store your card details.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will permanently remove your account and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).
